She then signed on with Deutsche Bank, based in New York, initially as Vice President, Executive Recruiter and Talent Acquisition and was promoted to Executive Talent Acquisition Lead for the Private, Wealth and Commercial Clients, Asset Management and GTO in 2015 . Her responsibilities include guiding leadership and executive committees on the subject of hiring and making available the best recruitment practices for catching top talent.
